How do I start a return?

Email us at hello@shopmavenco.com to request a return or exchange. Please put your order number in the Subject line along with any details in the email about the request and our team will get back with you within 48-hours.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refund will be issued back to your original method of payment and may take up to 10 business days to process. Please contact your bank or credit card company for more information regarding refunds. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@shopmavenco.com
